Experience, competence, the ability to learn and the desire to excel are fundamental for Hoffmann · Eitle to uphold and expand our reputation for delivering top quality work in IP matters. Maintaining quality also includes a policy of sharing our accumulated knowledge and legal know-how with both our colleagues in-house and our clients. This is accomplished by numerous seminars and courses as well as in-house lectures.
For more than two decades Hoffmann · Eitle has engaged in organizing courses and seminars in IP matters. Since 1984, Hoffmann · Eitle has held biennially a two-week English-language “Euro Law Course” for its international clients. During this course, presentations are given by our own attorneys and by guest speakers on topical problems associated with all areas of industrial property protection. Moreover, every two years partners of the firm lecture at a Euro-US Comparative Law Course in Tokyo.
In 2001, Hoffmann · Eitle also successfully started a Life Science IP Seminar. Hoffmann · Eitle also holds seminars for groups of patent practitioners abroad, in addition to organizing in-house seminars for its corporate clients.
