Organisational structure
Hoffmann · Eitle files more than 3000 new patent applications and several hundred trademark applications per year. These figures alone show the enormous importance of an efficient and reliable organisation. Hoffmann · Eitle long ago established different departments for handling the various aspects of this process. Tasks of a more formal nature in the field of patents are assigned to the respective departments, in which specially trained paralegals work under the supervision of at least one attorney.
