Hoffmann · Eitle now "blogging" on KluwerPatentBlog
Starting this January, Dr. Thorsten Bausch of Hoffmann · Eitle will be providing short news reports on recent decisions and developments regarding prosecution aspects of patent applications and patents in Germany and Europe.
Beginning in 2009, the Netherland-based publishing house Wolters Kluwer Law & Business has been hosting a so-called "blog" (short for web-log) on the Internet offering news on recent developments in the IP field. The blog is supported by authors of various European law firms. Hoffmann · Eitle partner Dr. Thorsten Bausch, with assistance of further colleagues, has now joined the blog and will be reporting on interesting cases and decisions concerning the prosecution of patent applications and patents in Europe, including opposition and nullity proceedings, as well as related litigation.
