Seminar on the Japanese Patent System: Law, Case-Law and Practice on Japanese Patents
This one-day seminar of the Danish Association of the Pharmaceutical Industry intends to provide an insight into the Japanese patent system. The lecturers are Dr. Mieko Matsuzawa, U.S. patent attorney and member of Hoffmann · Eitle's chemistry group, and Dr. Dirk Schüßler-Langeheine, attorney-at-law and partner in Hoffmann · Eitle's litigation team.
