Specific experience in the field of general mechanical engineering, paper technology, packaging technology, the engineering of hygiene articles, computer printer systems, automobile technology, laminates and optics.

Numerous papers presented also as lectures both in Germany and abroad on IP law.

Career:
Studied general mechanical engineering at the University College Dublin graduating with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in 1987. Active in the field of IP law since 1988. European Patent Attorney since 1994. Certificate in IP Law, Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London, 1995. Chartered British Patent Attorney since 2002. Joined Hoffmann ยท Eitle in 1988.

Personal:
Born in Dublin, Ireland. Leisure interests include sports, in particular soccer, fishing, automobile racing, vintage cars, literature, music and everything my three children like to do.
