Career:
Studied general mechanical engineering at the RWTH (Technical University) in Aachen; 1995/96 final thesis at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the Fraunhofer Institute Production Technology (IPT) on rapid prototyping in product development. Practical experience in the layout of manufacturing plants. Active in intellectual property law and with Hoffmann ยท Eitle since 1996; German Patent Attorney since 2000, European Patent Attorney since 2001.
