Prosecution and post-grant opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office; prosecution before the UK Intellectual Property Office; and opinion work concerning patent validity and infringement. Expertise over a wide variety of mechanical and related technology, with particular experience in the fields of automotive engineering, medical surgical devices, mechanical packaging, paper-handling and printing devices, and oil exploration and recovery methods and equipment.

Career:
Studied general engineering at Cambridge University for four years, specialising in fluid mechanics and aeronautics. Joined Hoffmann ยท Eitle in September 2002. Obtained Certificate in Intellectual Property Law at Queen Mary University of London in January 2004. Qualified British and European Patent Attorney since 2006.
Personal:
One child. Interests include motorcycles, rugby, football, skiing, films, and reading.
