Intellectual property rights in the field of foodstuffs, dairy products, animal feed and microbiology, in particular for microorganisms and molds. Deposit of biological material under the Budapest Treaty. Drafting and prosecution of Italian and PCT applications. Nullity and infringement actions before IP courts in Italy; freedom to operate opinions in Italy. Experience in the field of materials for dentistry and pharmaceuticals.

Career:
Studied chemistry at the University of Florence. Thesis in the field of determination of proteins structures. Worked from 1998 to May 2008 for a large Italian patent law firm, registering in 2004 as an Italian Patent Attorney. With Hoffmann · Eitle since June 2008.
Personal:
Married with two children. Leisure interests include outdoor activities such as running, skyrace competitions and hiking.
