Otto Hahn Medal awarded to Dr. Simon Klopschinski

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Simon Klopschinski, attorney-at-law in Hoffmann · Eitle's Litigation & Licensing Group, was awarded the Otto Hahn Medal 2011 of the Max Planck Society (Max-Planck-Gesellschaft, MPI).

Simon received the award for his fundamental analysis of the protection of intellectual property by means of investment treaties under international law, which he carried out in the course of his doctoral thesis at the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property and Competition Law in Munich.
