Hoffmann · Eitle receives "Firm of the Year 2013" award from MANAGING IP

At this year's Managing IP Global Awards Dinner, held on 17 April 2013 in London, Hoffmann · Eitle was awarded the title "Firm of the Year 2013" in recognition of its achievements before the European Patent Office.

The Global Awards are made on the basis of extensive research conducted among IP owners and professionals over the past six months. Managing IP's team of researchers in London, New York and Hong Kong contacted some 2,000 people in every major jurisdiction starting in September 2013. As part of the research, Managing IP sought nominations for firms that had an outstanding year in their practice or jurisdiction, as well as for the most important cases of the year. Based on these nominations, Managing IP drew up shortlists from which one winner was chosen in each category.

This year, Hoffmann · Eitle is the winner in the category "Europe - EPO".

Hoffmann · Eitle receives 2013 Corporate INTL Magazine Legal Award

Corporate INTL's annual awards mark excellence for the world's leading advisers and financiers in an array of countries and continents globally. According to Corporate INTL Magazine, the awards commemorate those who have been active over the past 12 months and who have shown excellence not only in expertise but in service and during a difficult global economic downturn.

For all the awards, Corporate INTL has undertaken detailed research in all categories through its editorial and research teams. Following that research, a shortlist of firms that are experts in their chosen specialisms is created. The shortlisted firms were then reviewed by an independent awards panel. The awards therefore merit leading firms in their chosen specialisms throughout the world.

This year, Hoffmann · Eitle is the winner in the category "IP Law - Law Firm of the Year in Germany".

Hoffmann · Eitle receives JUVE Award 2010 in the category "Kanzlei des Jahres für IP" (Law Firm of the Year for IP)

Each year on the occasion of the JUVE Awards gala, the JUVE publishing house honors a number of law firms and in-house legal departments. On 2 November 2010, this year's ceremony took place in the "Alte Oper" (old opera house) in Frankfurt.

Hoffmann · Eitle was the winner in the category "Kanzlei des Jahres für IP" (Law Firm of the Year for IP). According to the JUVE editors, Hoffmann · Eitle is today "stronger than ever at the top of the German IP market".

In addition, the JUVE editors awarded Hoffmann · Eitle the title "Kanzlei des Jahres für Patentrecht" (Law Firm of the Year for Patent Law).

In each of 14 categories of the JUVE Awards, five law firms were nominated. In addition, JUVE honored three in-house legal teams in a number of legal fields for their achievements. The final decisions on winners and nominations were based on extensive searches and interviews of the JUVE editorial department for the JUVE Handbook.
