Patent-application proceedings and litigation in the field of mechanical engineering, in particular as regards machine tools, printing technology, traffic engineering, materials technology and geotechnology. Conducting litigation at the courts in Dusseldorf, Mannheim and Munich with regard to patents and utility models for ink-jet printers, wood-working machines, wide-format printers, thermoforming lines for the automotive industry, CNC machining centers, optimization methods for internal combustion engines, formwork technology as well as support structures for solar collectors.

Research project at Kajima Technical Research Institute in Tokyo. Doctoral thesis at the University of Stuttgart, funded by the German National Research Foundation. Schock Award 2002 for Innovation in Civil Engineering. With Hoffmann • Eitle since 2001. German and European Patent Attorney since 2005.
