Doctoral thesis in 2000 on chiral ligands for enantioselective transition metal catalysis, funded by a scholarship of the federal state Nordrhein-Westfalen. Postdoctoral studies at the Centre for Scientific Research (CID) of the National Council for Scientific Research & Development (CSIC) in Barcelona, Spain. Patent experience since 2002. German Patent Attorney since 2006. With Hoffmann · Eitle since 2006. European Patent Attorney since 2012.
