The Four Attorney Departments at Hoffmann · Eitle
To best meet our clients’ needs, each new case is allocated to one of four departments. All of the patent attorneys and attorneys-at-law at Hoffmann · Eitle have been appointed to one of these four departments based on their training, education and expertise. Each case is therefore handled by either a patent attorney or an attorney-at-law, or by a group of several attorneys from one of the four departments. However, when a case is particularly complex it will be handled by a group of attorneys from more than one department so that each and every aspect can be dealt with by an expert.
