16 highly specialized attorneys-at-law provide competent advice on the litigation of intellectual property rights. The legal and trademark department develops tailor-made national and international filing strategies and files national, international and Community trademarks and registered designs as well as domain names and working titles. A further focus, in addition to negotiating and preparing contracts, lies in coordinating IP disputes. The attorneys are also active as arbitrators in international and national arbitration proceedings.
