Career
Studied pharmacy at Universidad Complutense de Madrid 1995 – 2001. Master Degree in Biotechnology (MBA) 2001-2002 (Aliter). Studied law at Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED) 2004-2012. Practical experience from 2002-2005 as the Patent and Business Development Director of the Biotechnological entity Genetrix Corp (experience in the fields of monoclonal antibodies and adult stem cell technology). From 2005-2009 Patent Director of a Spanish patent agency. From 2009-2011 Director of the Technology Transfer Office of the Andalusian Public Health System (practical experience in civil, administrative and commercial Spanish law as well as experience with advanced therapies (stem cells and tissue engineering, nanotechnology and gene therapy). Spanish Industrial Property Agent since 2007, European Patent Attorney since 2008, CEIPI Diploma on European Patent Litigation since 2011. With Hoffmann · Eitle since 2011.
