Drafting of patentability opinions; drafting of Italian, European and international patent applications; examination procedures before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) and European Patent Office (EPO); opposition and appeal procedures before the EPO. Drafting of Freedom to Operate opinions (FTO).

Career
Swiss school leaving examination at the Cantonal School of Chur (German-speaking Switzerland), graduated from State University of Milan in heterogeneous catalysis, and passed the state qualifying examination to practise professionally as a chemist.
Completed internship at BASF AG (Ludwigshafen, Germany), worked at the State University of Milan (Department of Physical Chemistry and Electrochemistry) tutoring post-graduate Master's students and developing an R&D project in collaboration with Eurotecnica S.p.A.
He has been working in Intellectual Property since 2005, for more than 11 years in one of the first Italian patent firms, and he joined HOFFMANN EITLE in 2018.
He has participated as a speaker in a number of seminars on patent law in Europe and Italy, specifically in relation to the enforcement and defence of patent Rights in Italy.
