Studied in parallel at Groningen University applied physics (M.Sc., 2000) and commercial law (LL.M., 2002). After start in Dutch private practice, 10 years in France managing European IP department of leading fab-lite semiconductor company, focus on portfolio management and IP exploitation – licensing, standardisation. Chair of legal committee of Dutch Patent Attorney Bar Association. Joined HOFFMANN EITLE in 2018, Dutch Patent Attorney since 2003, European Patent Attorney since 2005.
