Career
Study of law at the Free University of Berlin with an emphasis on business law and intellectual property law. Legal traineeship, inter alia, at the Federal Cartel Office of Germany, Cartel Senate of the Berlin Court of Appeal and at the German-Australian Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Sydney. Assistant to the professor of civil law, civil procedural law and employment law at the Technical University of Berlin from 1990 to 1995. Postgraduate Diploma in EU Competition Law from King's College London (1996). Attorney-at-law since 1993. With HOFFMANN EITLE since 1994. Co-head of HOFFMANN EITLE's Litigation & Licensing Group since 2010.
