Isabelle has 10 years+ professional experience as a legal consultant in IP matters and advises her clients in particular on the world-wide administration and enforcement of trademarks and designs. She negotiates and drafts contracts as well as enforces her clients' rights before the civil courts. In addition, Isabelle advises in domain law and unfair competition law, both in court and out-of-court.

Isabelle studied law at the University of Passau (Germany) and the University of Toledo, Castilla-La Mancha (Spain). Following the first juridical state examination in 2002, she was awarded the title Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the University of Edinburgh (Scotland) in 2003. Second juridical state examination in 2005. First business experience in a middle-size law firm in Munich. Isabelle joined HOFFMANN EITLE’s Munich Office in 2007. In 2015 she was recognized as a Certified IP lawyer according to German law. In 2016 she started the trademark department of HOFFMANN EITLE’s Dusseldorf Office and was lately promoted to Senior Counsel. She regularly participates in international conferences on intellectual property rights (e.g. INTA, ECTA) which has enabled her to build up a reliable network all over the world.
