Kaspar Feldmeier, German and European Patent Attorney, is a member of the Biotechnology practice group working in diverse fields, from computational biology to antibodies and cell cultures. He is involved in a variety of cases ranging from drafting and prosecution of patent applications to opposition and appeal proceedings.

Kaspar joined the firm in 2017 as a trainee patent attorney. Previously, he had studied Biology and, up to his pre-Diploma, also Mathematics at the University of Tübingen. He was able to pursue his interests in these fields with a PhD project on computational design of proteins, particularly enzymes, at the Max Planck Institute for Developmental Biology, which combined computational and laboratory work. When not in the office, Kaspar spends time with his family and, whenever possible, in the mountains, with activities such as climbing, hiking or alpine touring.
