Paula holds a Degree in Law from the prestigious Salamanca’s Law University and, subsequently, she specialised herself in Intellectual Property graduating with a Masters in Intellectual Property, Competition and New Technologies from Rey Juan Carlos´s University in Madrid, where she obtained the best academic record of the year. Over the course of her professional career, in order to improve and consolidate her knowledge in IP matters, she has attended numerous conferences on intellectual property given by professionals from the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
She launched her professional career at one of the most well-known intellectual property agencies in Spain where, in addition to providing general consultancy and advice in the Trademark and Industrial Design field, she was in charge of the strategic planning for the protection of trademarks and industrial designs, as well as the initial phases of prosecution thereof.
Subsequently, she has acquired further experience in other IP Law Firms in different fields as Litigation in Trademark matters, Designations of Origin, Trademark Opposition and Appeal proceedings or IP Licences inter alia. She joined Hoffmann Eitle in 2017.
