Studied Physics at the University of Tübingen (2005 - 2012). Diploma thesis at the Institute of Applied Physics (University of Tübingen) in the field of monomolecular films on noble metal surfaces focused on protein adsorption and bacterial adhesion on self-assembled monolayers in cooperation with the Interfaculty Institute of Microbiology and Infection Medicine Tübingen (IMIT). Received his physics diploma in 2012. Doctorate at the Institute of Applied Physical Chemistry of the University of Heidelberg (2012 - 2015) in the field of thin films on noble metal and semiconductor surfaces focused on work function tuning at interfaces by monomolecular films. Received his PhD in 2015. Industrial experience as development engineer in the field of aluminum alloys for automotive applications. With HOFFMANN EITLE since 2017.
