What you can expect

  • Supporting HR development specialists in designing and implementing modern learning and communication formats
  • Creating AI-generated videos for internal training and communication purposes
  • Developing and optimizing prompts for text creation, voice-overs, and video design
  • Creating content that is tailored to the target audience and engaging, using modern AI tools
  • Participating in the planning and design of new formats and contributing your own creative ideas
  • Monitoring current developments and trends in the field of AI and digital learning
  • Researching and evaluating suitable AI tools and potential applications for HR development

What sets you apart

As a working student
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program, ideally in the fields of media, communication, human resources, psychology, IT, or a related discipline
  • Initial practical experience using AI tools for video and content creation, and ideally experience with a variety of tools
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly in the area of video creation and editing
  • Interest in artificial intelligence, content creation, and modern learning and communication formats
As a person
  • Creativity, curiosity, and a good sense of modern communication and learning formats
  • A structured and self-directed approach to work
  • Enthusiasm for contributing your own ideas and fresh perspectives to HR development
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork
  • Interest in an international and dynamic work environment
