Patricia Perrey, Attorney-at-Law since 2022, is a Senior Associate in the Trademarks and Designs practice group and works as an attorney with a focus on intellectual property law.
She advises and represents national and international clients from a wide range of industries on all matters relating to trademark, design, copyright, and unfair competition law. She supports clients in the management of national and international trademark portfolios, with her work focusing in particular on the development of tailored strategies for building IP portfolios as well as the defense and enforcement of trademark rights. She also advises on product launches and advertising campaigns. Ms. Perrey represents clients in both main proceedings and preliminary injunction proceedings before all relevant IP courts and the trademark offices in Germany (DPMA) and the European Union (EUIPO).
Ms. Perrey studied law at the University of Bayreuth and completed her legal traineeship in the district of the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court, including placements at, among others, a law firm in Düsseldorf specializing in intellectual property law. Following her legal traineeship and second state examination, she worked as a research assistant at an international IP boutique law firm, where she subsequently practiced as an attorney for more than three years.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends, playing the piano, and traveling.
