What you can expect

  • You will act as a bridge between operational IT, business departments, and strategic IT management, ensuring that business requirements are transformed into practical, sustainable IT solutions
  • You will analyze and structure requirements from across the firm and translate them into concrete technical solutions for our IT systems, applications, and processes
  • You will provide technical support and quality assurance for IT services delivered by external service providers
  • You will further develop our IT landscape and identify opportunities to optimize efficiency, stability, and IT security
  • You will contribute to and independently take ownership of IT projects, for example rollouts, migrations, or office expansions
  • You will develop and maintain standards and documentation and promote the effective use of automation and modern technologies
  • You will communicate with users, business departments, service providers, and management

What sets you apart

As an IT specialist
  • A degree in IT or a relevant IT qualification combined with relevant professional experience
  • Initial professional experience, for example as a Solution Engineer, Project Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst
  • Experience in requirements management and in the development and implementation of IT solutions
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure, ideally with experience in Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and Security & Compliance
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL and agile methodologies
  • An interest in the targeted and meaningful use of LLMs and modern technologies
  • A confident and structured approach to working with digital tools
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Certifications such as ITIL, CPRE, agile methodology certifications, or relevant Microsoft certifications are an advantage
