Nils Kruse has been working as a lawyer in our Patent Litigation and Contracts practice groups since February 2025. He advises national and international clients on complex patent disputes before German courts and the Unified Patent Court, particularly in the fields of life sciences and electronics. He also advises clients on the drafting and negotiation of agreements in intellectual property matters.
After studying law at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, Nils Kruse completed an LL.M. in European and International Business Law at Leiden University. Before joining Hoffmann Eitle, he worked as an attorney at an international law firm in the areas of Private Equity and Corporate / M&A.
In addition to German, Nils also speaks English and Portuguese. In his free time, he is passionate about music, art, and philosophy.
