Interim Head of People and Change Management

For our office in: Munich

Your Tasks

  • Lead the Change Management stream with particular focus on the People and organisational design stream
  • Implement a robust Change management approach and plan, ensuring alignment with the wider transformation project and organisational design
  • Building on the as-is analysis, to assist in the creation of  a HR strategy and concept
  • Mentor and guide develop and implementation of the agreed HR strategy, including the design, and realignment of the organisational structure
  • Assigning of staff to the proposed organisational structure. Identifying where succession planning is required
  • Directing change management and organisational development
  • Managing the communication with employees throughout the change
  • Mapping the current and future skills, competencies needed 
  • Develop and implement the required competency model
  • Develop and implement the required organisational performance management process

Your Qualifications

  • Strong strategic skills and the ability to act as a visionary
  • Experience in organisational restructuring based upon the changes required when implementing new business process changes and new IT systems
  • Experienced change manager, with the ability to inspire employees
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong communications skills, including the ability to listen to the needs of others
  • Experience in human resource development and training. 
  • Creation of a target-oriented processes
  • Prior experience of working within a Partnership structure is desired
  • Fluent in German and English
