Ihre Aufgaben
- Lead the Change Management stream with particular focus on the People and organisational design stream
- Implement a robust Change management approach and plan, ensuring alignment with the wider transformation project and organisational design
- Building on the as-is analysis, to assist in the creation of a HR strategy and concept
- Mentor and guide develop and implementation of the agreed HR strategy, including the design, and realignment of the organisational structure
- Assigning of staff to the proposed organisational structure. Identifying where succession planning is required
- Directing change management and organisational development
- Managing the communication with employees throughout the change
- Mapping the current and future skills, competencies needed
- Develop and implement the required competency model
- Develop and implement the required organisational performance management process
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Strong strategic skills and the ability to act as a visionary
- Experience in organisational restructuring based upon the changes required when implementing new business process changes and new IT systems
- Experienced change manager, with the ability to inspire employees
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong communications skills, including the ability to listen to the needs of others
- Experience in human resource development and training.
- Creation of a target-oriented processes
- Prior experience of working within a Partnership structure is desired
- Fluent in German and English
