Your Tasks
- You ensure daily operations (e.g., ordering office supplies; carrying out minor repairs)
- You organize repairs, maintenance work, and relocations, and supervise projects
- You are the central contact person for all building-related issues and coordinate external service providers (e.g., cleaning, building technology/maintenance)
- You check and approve incoming invoices for office and facility costs

As an Employee:
With technical or commercial training or comparable qualification, you value working independently in a structured environment and are willing to familiarize yourself with specific topics. Communication at all levels is no challenge for you, and you are service-oriented in your dealings with internal and external partners. You have initial professional experience in office/property or facility management or administration.
As a Person:
You complement your passion for successful teamwork with reliable and committed work. You have a quick grasp of tasks and handle your responsibilities thoroughly and conscientiously.
Excellent German language skills and confidence in using a PC are essential.
