Legal Administrator – Search and Recordation Department

Your Tasks

In the Search and Recordation Department, you will be responsible for preparing, coordinating and carrying out registration procedures before patent authorities in Germany and abroad. Other important duties will include conducting searches in various databases, monitoring patent applications and obtaining scientific literature. You will manage the projects you have been entrusted with independently from the start to its completion.

Vos qualifications

As a Legal Administrator 
You are a business attorney or an attorney who has successfully passed the first state exam or completed your degree (entry-level professionals are also welcome to apply). Alternatively, you may have acquired the necessary legal knowledge through your professional experience as a patent paralegal or paralegal for an attorney at law. Applicants with a qualification or many years of experience in the field of information and data management and basic legal knowledge are also welcome to apply. 

As a Person
Your diligence and professional competence are combined with a passion for working as part of a team. You are a quick learner and conscientiously complete the projects entrusted to you.

 

We require a very good command of German and English. A proficiency in the use of common Microsoft Office products would complete your profile.
