Fabian Saupe is a German-qualified Attorney-at-Law in our Düsseldorf office, where he focuses on patent litigation.
Fabian advises and represents clients in patent infringement and revocation proceedings before the German courts and the Unified Patent Court.
His experience includes disputes in the fields of telecommunications and computer networking, mechanical and electrical engineering, and chemistry.
