Stefan Rautenberg is a team player who combines extensive commercial knowledge with experience in the IP industry. He joined HOFFMANN EITLE in March 2023 as Director Business Development. In this role, he coordinates closely with the firm's partners and focuses on the further development and strategic direction of the firm.
Prior to joining the firm, Stefan worked in various management positions for IP service and software providers in an international environment. In more than 20 years of professional experience, he has continuously developed his consultative commercial approach, with the goal of achieving win-win situations at the core of his work. His actions are characterised by the critical assessment of structures and economic analysis. He believes in the potential of continuous personal development and is always ready to take on new challenges.
In his private life, Stefan is close to nature and appreciates the lakes and mountains of the Bavarian Alps. He also enjoys the vibrant life of the city and is interested in arts. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, swimming and cycling with his family.
