Specialised in litigation and counselling in the areas of patent law and all other areas of IP; experience in handling and coordinating multi-jurisdictional patent disputes in Europe; active in client counselling as regards licensing, transactional IP and research and development matters; advising multi-national clients in all matters relating to anti-counterfeiting and product piracy, in particular coordinating EU-wide border seizure strategies and proceedings.
