Patent Litigation and Contracts

The attack and defence of technical IP rights raise challenging legal questions. In addition to patent infringement proceedings in Germany, our day-to-day activities also include coordinating international disputes, providing advice on contract law as well as conducting negotiations, predominantly in license agreement cases.

Trademark, Design, Competition Law

You can look forward to working on complex cases in all areas of non-technical intellectual property law (trademark and design law), including competition law. Alongside conducting and coordinating infringement proceedings, we manage the global trademark and design portfolios of our clients.
