If your application sparks our interest, we’ll invite you to our offices for an interview soon after. This is your chance to meet potential future colleagues - perhaps even over an informal lunch - and for both sides to see whether a professional fit and shared path forward makes sense.
Should we not have a suitable position at the time or be unable to proceed for other reasons, you’ll still hear back from us promptly.

Our interviews are designed to give us a genuine impression of who you are – both as a person and as a potential colleague. We don’t use standardized tests or assessment centres, because we believe in authentic conversations.
The goal is for both sides to speak openly about expectations, goals, and future plans, and to decide together whether a long-term collaboration feels like the right fit. Feel free to ask us anything – we welcome your questions. Transparency is a core value for us.
