The IP Law & Management Institute will bring together legal and business leaders for two-and-a-half days of panels, interactive think tanks and keynote presentations exploring the IP challenges shaping today’s business landscape, from AI and data protection to ROI, risk management and the future of IP departments. Representing HOFFMANN EITLE, Axel Esser and Ronak Kalhor-Witzel will host an interactive think tank titled “Strategizing the UPC – How European Leverage Changes Global Litigation Strategy”, examining how the UPC is reshaping global litigation strategies and the strategic choices multinational companies face when Europe becomes a key battleground in a worldwide patent dispute.

Life Science IP Seminar - Munich, Germany

For more than two decades, HOFFMANN EITLE hosts the Life Science IP Seminar every two years at its Munich office. The seminar addresses current topics in intellectual property protection for life science inventions and is widely regarded as an important forum for staying up to date with recent developments. It is characterised by the participation of a large number of experts from both industry and the legal profession.
