More than ten years in private practice. Focuses on IP rights in the field of mechanical engineering and physics, especially on preparation and conduct of opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office. Specific experience in the field of general mechanical engineering, aerospace, automotive industry, naval construction, oil industry, consumer goods and watchmaking.

European Patent Institute (EPI).


Studied mechanical engineering during ‘Classes Préparatoires aux Grandes Ecoles’ (best student each year), followed by studying physics at the ‘Ecole Supérieure d’Optique’ (founding member of prestigious ParisTech institution), taking in addition a Master’s degree in image processing with honours. After his university and engineer studies, he worked for one year as an R&D engineer in opto-mechanics.
Obtained his CEIPI degree in patents and worked for five years in Paris at a leading IP law firm where he qualified as a European patent attorney in 2013. He joined the Munich office of HOFFMANN EITLE in 2014 and passed the French Patent Attorney Qualifying Examination in 2015. He passed with distinction a Master of Laws in International Law from a top-tier French university in 2016.
